Staff reserve the right to choose the appropiate action based on the severity of the offense made.
NSFW is not permitted and will result in an immediate ban
Disrespect of any kind will not be tolerated in any sort and appropriate action will be taken
No Drama is allowed. Arising/Engaging in drama may impact action on you
No spamming allowed in channels or staff's DMs at all.
Be patient when waiting for a response. Frequent pinging may result in action being taken
No begging permitted.
Advertisements & Promotions
Any form of advertisements to other servers on Discord or other platforms (including but not limited to Telegram) is not allowed.
Only slot owners are allowed to promote their products on the server.
Copying
Stealing themes, embed designs, terms, bots, etc will result in an immediate ban from the server
Refunds
All payments are final. We do not provide refunds after the payment has been sent
In case of products defects (such as not working properly), you are eligible for a refund in case we are not able to resolve the issue or replace your product
Raids
We do not support server raids by mass tokens, spamming, or any method of raiding
If you've been caught attempting to raid us or other servers will result in an immediate ban as a result of unethical matters
General
Pings reset daily at 12 AM GMT
Exceeding ping limit, using role mentions, or a different type of ping than agreed on may result in slot revocation.
Flooding/Spamming your slot with the same message (6 or more per day) to push out other sellers from search results will lead to action against your slot.
Slots with no activity for 14 days or more will be revoked due to inactivity.
Slot positions are not permanent. Users may pay more to increase their slot’s visibility/position.
Slot sharing or reselling is strictly prohibited. Third-party usage is not allowed
Any form of ban evasion will result in immediate slot termination & ban
All members must adhere to our Server Terms. Violations may result in revocation
Refunds & Compensations
If payment is less than required, you will be assigned a slot your payment covers. Any leftover amount will be stored as credit for future purchases.
All purchases are final once payment is sent
Upon server terms, weekly/monthly slot owners will receive extra time as compensation while waiting for server recovery
Scamming
Any act of scamming, attempted fraud, assisting scammers, or unethical behavior will result in immediate revoke & ban
Users flagged as Scammers/DWC due to scamming, refusing MM, or suspicious activity will face immediate consequences.
MM Refusal
A mutually trusted middleman must be used if requested by either party (buyer or seller).
No excuses will be accepted, such as amount too low, don't have enough balance, auto-buy only sales, etc
Refusing to use a trusted and recognized MM without valid reason is a violation.
Reports
Report Limits:
Weekly/Monthly Slot Owners: 3 valid reports
Lifetime Slot Owner: 5 valid reports
If reported, you’ll have 12 hours to present your side. Failure to respond may result in slot revocation.
Your slot may be temporarily held during the report review process.
Advertisements
Advertising Discord servers, Telegram groups, or other communities is not allowed, including in DMs, unless explicitly requested by a buyer
You may invite buyers to a support or vouch server, but no promotions or unrelated ads are allowed there.
GFX Designers must blur or remove any invite links in their posted samples.
Recoveries
If the server is taken down, you’ll have 72 hours to rejoin the new server via the invite link whill will be posted on our website and Telegram when ready.
Failure to rejoin within the timeframe may result in slot loss
You may be asked to provide your purchase transcript to recover or transfer your slot.
Autobuy
Autobuy sites must be used for instant delivery
Messages like “DM to claim,” “Wait for restock,” or similar misleading stock claims are strictly prohibited.
